	HEART DISEASE We encourage regular blood pressure checks and cholesterol tests We provide advice on a healthy low fat diet and how to give up smoking by offering counselling and prescription medications
	SKIN CANCER Any mole or freckle that changes in size or colour should get checked by a doctor. Cryotherapy available
	RECALLS We have a recall/reminder system
	OTHER SERVICES Annual Health Assessments are provided for patients over 75. Care Plans may be prepared for patients who suffer from a chronic condition such as asthma or diabetes
